Spectrum Autism Diagnostic Services has a straight-forward fee structure, enabling families to be aware of the full costs from the outset with no hidden additional fees. Please see below for details.
Autism Diagnostic Assessment
£1895
The cost of our service includes:
· Free initial screening
· ADOS-2 Observation
· ADI-R Interview
· Liaison with school (where appropriate)
· Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting
· Initial outcome conversation
· Full diagnostic report
· Feedback conversation with Educational Psychologist
Combined Neurodevelopmental Assessment
£3000
The cost of our service includes:
· Free initial screening
· ADOS-2 Observation
· School Observation (for children of primary age)
· ADI-R Interview
· Ace Interview
· Online Questionnaires
· Liaison with school (where appropriate)
· Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting
· Initial outcome conversation
· Full diagnostic report
· Feedback conversation with Educational Psychologist
Consultation with Educational Psychologist
On-line Consultation
£75 – (30 minute consultation with Educational Psychologist)
£150 – (60 minute consultation with Educational Psychologist)
The cost of our service includes:
· Post-Diagnostic consultation with Dr Sarah Lewis-Hayes, Educational Psychologist
· Remote Consultation
· 30 or 60 minute duration
Post-Diagnostic Support
In School Observation
£600 – (Diagnosis received through Spectrum Autism)
£750 – (Diagnosis received through alternative provider)
The cost of our service includes:
· School observation
· Consultation with relevant school staff
· Record of observation and consultation report

Costings will vary depending on the needs and requirements of the child or young person, please do contact our team of advisors who will be happy to help.
Additional Services
Charges and fees for the preparation of supporting documentation will vary depending on the individual nature of each request, however our basic fee structure is as follows:-
£120 per hour - Clinical Time for correspondence preparation/in school observation
Travel - £30 per hour
Mileage - £0.45 per mile
One off Admin Fee - £30
